These terms apply whenever you use this website, place an order, or request a quote from Hagley Sports ("we", "us", "our"), based at The Hayes, Lye, Stourbridge, DY9 8RY. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Prices on this site are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We try to make sure prices are accurate, but if we find a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding so you can decide whether to continue at the correct price.
Orders are placed and paid for through this website, with payment processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully taken. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item turns out to be unavailable — in which case we'll let you know and refund any payment taken.
Many of our products are personalised or custom-embroidered to your specification (names, initials, badges, logos, colours, sizing). For these items:
Orders can be collected from our shop at The Hayes, Lye, Stourbridge, DY9 8RY, or delivered where this is offered at checkout. Estimated timescales are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed, particularly for made-to-order embroidery and sublimation work.
If an item you've received is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us using the details below and we'll put it right — by repair, replacement or refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This is in addition to, and doesn't affect, your other statutory rights.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
The content of this website — including text, images, logos and designs — belongs to Hagley Sports or our licensors, and shouldn't be copied or reused without our permission.
We provide this website and our products with reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit liability for anything which can't be limited or excluded under English law, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
